Pure Homes Nigeria Ltd ("Pure Homes", "we", "us") is a residential cleaning service registered in Lagos, Nigeria. Contact: hello@purehomes.ng.

When you book a clean or contact us we collect: name, phone number, email, home address, booking preferences, and any notes you provide. We also collect cookies and basic analytics about how the site is used.

We use it to fulfil your bookings, communicate with you about service, send invoices and receipts, improve our services, and meet legal obligations under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA).

We share your information only with: assigned specialists (so they know where to clean), payment processors (Paystack), and legal authorities where required. We never sell your data.

We keep booking records for 5 years for accounting purposes. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@purehomes.ng.

Under the NDPA you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
